When you connect Ironclad to Nomio…
- Ironclad can send documents to Nomio when workflows are completed.
- Nomio can send data points to Ironclad when agreements are signed off.
You can enable one or both of these routes once you’ve connected Ironclad to Nomio.
How to Connect
- …in all cases
- …to send documents from Ironclad to Nomio
- …to send data from Nomio to Ironclad
Important Notes
When sending documents from Ironclad to Nomio…
- We’ll only respond to workflows that are completed after the integration has been set up. If you’re already using Ironclad, get in touch and we’ll put together a strategy for getting all of your documents into Nomio.
- Once the integration is set up, we’ll pull all completed workflows — neither Ironclad or Nomio have facilities to filter workflows.
- We only pull the signed copy of your documents; we don’t pull additional documents or any recorded properties.
When sending data from Nomio to Ironclad…
-
When an Agreement is signed off by a Document Programmer in Nomio, we’ll check whether it has an Ironclad Record ID: if it does, we’ll update the corresponding Ironclad Record with the data from Nomio.
This means…
- We won’t change the organisation of Record Attachments in Ironclad, even if their corresponding Nomio Documents have been reorganised.
- We won’t change Ironclad’s related records, even if they differ from Nomio’s base agreements.
- We’ll only send updates if a Nomio Agreement has an Ironclad Record ID set. Documents sent from Ironclad to Nomio automatically will have this by default; other documents will need this to be set manually if you want Ironclad to be updated.
- We’ll only update Ironclad at the moment that an Agreement is signed off in Nomio — the two records aren’t synchronised after that.
